Jul. 1952	Shogo Masuda, established 'Masuda Iron Works'under private management at tsuta.
Jul. 1953	Die received from Toshiba Mashine Numazu Plant.
May. 1956	Die received from Nissan Motor,Yoshiwara Plant.
Oct. 1957	Die received from Nikkoku industry co.,Ltd(Now Ni-ssanShatai Co.,Ltd.）
Oct. 1958	Started to receive orders from parts makers of `Ni-ssan Motor' block.
May. 1960	Built the new main plant at Takane-cho.
Oct. 1962	Enlarged the main plant.
Jul. 1968	Incorporated with a capital of five million yen.
Jan. 1977	Built the new second plant at Ohbuchi.
May. 1978	Enlarged the Main Plant at Takane-cho.
Oct. 1981	Enlarged the Second Plant at Ohbuchi.
Feb. 1984	Enlarged the Second Plant at Ohbuchi.
Feb. 1984	Stock increases to the twenty million yen.
